    I think there should be some sort of competitive play associated with Hidden.

    I suppose here is two sorts of gameplay possible:

    5on5

    First team plays each member of second team, with each member of second team being hidden each round ... so there's 5 rounds.

    Then teams are swapped. Winner of round is determined by when the hidden kills them all or if IRIS kills the hidden/survives.

    10 rounds per map.

    <This has been suggested in another thread - just a repeat>

    Stopwatch

    10 rounds and swap.
    How long does the team last vs the whole other team as hidden.

    i.e.
    Round 1

    Team 1 IRIS
    Team 2 Hidden

    Team 1(IRIS) survives 2 minutes.
    Time is set to 2 minutes.
    Teams Swapped
    Team 2(IRIS) survives the 2 minutes.

    Team 2 wins round 1.

    Round 2

    Team 1 Hidden
    Team 2 IRIS

    Team 2(IRIS) survives 3 minutes.
    Time set to 3 minutes.
    Teams Swapped
    Team 1(IRIS) survives only 2 minutes.

    Team 2 wins round 2.

    And it goes on.

    Yea but has the Stopwatch type be suggested? Although i guess some code needs to be added.

    Not sure i fully understand what your suggesting Raedwulf.

    Is it a sort of competitive time attack mode in which teams are trying to beat the prevoius time.

    (in thats case im not sure how much fun that would be, becuase alot of the fun in playing hidden is in the suspense. trust me on that)

    Our highly prized scripters already had a lot of issues scripting the tourney script (and even then it didn't always go perfecto all the time). I highly doubt that they are even going to implement a stopwatch feature in it.

    I commend you for your efforts...but please...USE THE SEARCH BUTTON!!!11!Eleveneven!!1!
    I lots of lost the idea of behind these forum when because i not could understood the everything that said was here... (Grammatical skills, because it is something we should all possess.)

    - Well you mite not be hacking cus i was right infront of you several tiems and you didn't always c me, but mabe you have altered your textures to see the hidden better? - Bananenbrei, failing to understand that the hidden uses a shader instead of a texture...

    it's a pointless mode imo.

    the objective is not to survive but to kill the hidden. otherwise the most effective strategy would be to hide in a corner.

    I thought the game was teambased already. Hidden VS IRIS. One massively overpowered Bastard Vs Scared to Shit Noobs....

    I could be a git again and suggest that radio messages need bit more work but meh....

    The 5 on 5 reminds me of an old idea I had...

    Cold War

    and makes me reminisce about this particular gametype idea...
