Hey guys this is my first time makin a map for hidden and ive run into a few problems.... ive compiled the map and everything but when the server puts the map on it crashes and i have no idea wats going on so i was thinking maybe someone could see if its the map thats causing the problem.... and this map is just for fun on a clan server as i have used many manor objects and things so i hope theres no problem there...

I don't map but as far as I know you need at last one camera or else the map will crash. Can't remember what's the correct name.

thats one of the problems i can run it on the pc eg create server in hidden but when its put onto our clan server it crashes..... ill see if i can get the dump file.

do you have all the materials, models and sounds the map uses?
do you have enough spawn points?

You sir, desperately need to thoroughly check your compile log.
Every mapper must know how to do this properly, and valve has a plethora of useful shit about it on wikipedia. Better start learning early!

And this is their list of possible compile problems and solutions:

Everytime you compile, go over your log with that list, and fix anything that shows up, then recompile and repeat.

Also, the earlier mentioned info_marinespawn, info_hiddenspawn and info_spectator are necessary entities that are mod-specific, and I dont think not having them will show up on the compile log. But not having at least 1 of each in your map will make it crash upon load.
