Note: There is NO readme in that zip. Just the map.

Details: Okay, here it is - the B4a version of Forsaken. For all intents and purposes, this is a public beta of the B5 version, released to the community for the sole purpose of gathering feedback, specifically on what can be done to pretty it up. It's missing features (death traps), and lacks cubemaps at the moment.

sorry, postet in the "Iso's Mapping Update" before I saw this thread. Cool, didn't know that this is release-status. Did you change a lot between this version and that you've sent me?

I can't remember, actually. I know I removed some things that did not work properly in B4a... it's been a while since I actually worked on the map. This release was a near final version, more or less a "taste" of the real version that will be out at or around B5 release.

Are the b4a-maps compatible with b5? Can you play those with 5?

Last time I checked, B4 maps work perfectly fine in B5. However, I don't know if that will remain so when B5 actually comes around.

I hope so, cause otherwise all 4a custom maps would get useless and that would be a pity! Even for the mappack ;)

It's nice, what you have done to that map, it's a pity that some of the traps had to be removed, but it's still very fun! :)

I love what you've done with the lights, it's chosen well :)

The only thing: why do the barrels not explode, when you throw them in the air and letting them crash down on the floor?

It's in the mappack, I'll upload it today. I'll post the link into the thread with custom maps ;)

The barrels have to be used one of two ways: A) either set them on fire, or B) fling them extremely hard, which is actually the method I intended them to be used for.

To set it on fire is almost impossible as hidden, isnt it? Even if you slash it, it explodes immediately. As IRIS it's easier...

I have a small fire just out of IRIS reach, buddy... need to look harder I think ;)
