Avatar Problems

Its not letting me put my avatar URL in the avatar URL box. It says uploads are turned off... but its not uploaded to this site :confused:

Its an animated image. I made it.. this is it right here...

these are the requirements for avitars and sigs
* No Animated images.
* 5 lines of text allowed for signatures.
* You may have pictures, but then only two lines of text.
* Total Signature image size to be kept below 30K, and 400 width / 150 height.
* Links are allowed, but keep their length to 3 - 4 words.
* Keep text size standard, minimal use of colours for text.

Anyways, your avatar is too big in size, maximum is 50 * 50 pixels. Was annoying for me as well ;)
